It's (past) time to update the forum. I will be doing a few other maintenance tasks during the downtime. Downtime will be about an hour.

Any suggestions as to when would be a bad time to do it? I hope to pick a time less likely to inconvenience people

I'm planning a denial of service attack for tomorrow at 2 p.m. Pacific, so if the forum could be online at that time I'd really appreciate it.

You should do the update on a Sunday morning between 1 and 4 AM US Eastern time. Why? So you can feel my pain.

"Joking" aside, I would (in all seriousness) say to avoid the election cycle if you can do so. Do it June 30th or wait until July 13th, assuming the election is simple. I don't think the specific time matters that much.
