Ulmer sleeps deeply and soundly in his office chair, having stayed up far too late the night before. A loud trumpet blast startles him awake and causes him to stumble groggily across the room toward the window. He peers outside. A man dressed in bright colors of white, red, and yellow stands in front of the town hall, holding up a scroll.

"HEAR YE, HEAR YE!
With a joyful heart, I hereby proclaim the release of the newest edition of the Vibing Herald!"
