Nutmeg for Justice III - Request, Review, Reanalyze

I always have trouble writing campaigns, but here I am once again campaigning for Justice.
So, what am I going to try and achieve this time?

Well, I'd like to reiterate that I have full intentions of implementing what I outlined last time I ran, with a new and improved Clerk program to keep the interest in the Court alive.
I want to get some more interest in the Bar, train up some potential prosecutors and defence lawyers, and hopefully some more people who are willing to get to the nitty gritty of legal writing and participate in R4Rs.
As a small side note, I'm also going to make sure our list of available THOs is up to date, because we need the right data at all times!
With this new fluent group of citizens, we'll hopefully be able to keep the Court as a central part of this region, and not simply a display piece that does something once in a while.

You might ask, why am I running off of the same promise?
I'm doing this because as far as I'm aware, this hasn't happened yet, and I am determined to make this promise happen. So I will not rest until it does.

I have been keeping an eye on the Court since I last sat on the bench, and am still watching the RA (although I will admit that my own voting turnout has been poor, but that's been the case for a while)

Campaigning for Justice is difficult, as gaining experience in the role requires others to screw up.

That's a fair point actually. If there's no crime, the cops don't get practice. But you also don't want crime.

A few weeks ago @Pallaith had called our justice system a "sham and an international joke" and described what he believed to be the flaws of the system. Do you agree with his opinions? If so, what do you think are the potential steps that the Court can take to address them? If you don't agree, why not?

With your court clerk proposal, in your last campaign you said it involved "training our citizens to be able to understand the language of the Legal Code". Can you elaborate more on what it means and how the program will work?
