The lack of endorsements on your nation is a concern. I seem to recall a similar lack of endorsements, and a long transitioon, during a previous delegacy of yours. I know from experience a lengthy transition can raise questions over competence both at home and abroad and put pressure on an incoming administration. What have you learnt from that lengthy transition you undertook, and how are you going to ensure this transition is shorter than the last?
