E-cigarettes known as Vapes have become widely spread, and with little knowledge of what they do many people advise these e-cigarettes to be a better option than cigarettes. Little understanding of the recent repeal of GA 459, "On Tobacco and Electronic Cigarettes". Has sent no limits on the regulation of E-cigarettes;

The WA hereby enacts as follows:

1. Definitions

a. "E-cigarettes" means an electric inhaling machine that acts like a cigarette. By inhaling smoke to the user.

b. "Advertisement" means an announcement to the public to use a certain product.

2. Advertisement

a. All e-cigarettes must feature a warning that clearly outlines the dangers of using the product. This warning should be easily visible to the user.

b. E-cigarettes must not be featured in advertisements by any individual.

c. All e-cigarettes must disclose any potential side effects for the user.

d. Advertisements must not feature children or anything that appeals to a child demographic.

e. Advertisements must not depict any individual using an e-cigarette.

3. Manufacturers

a. All e-cigarette manufacturers must adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure the safety and quality of their products.

b. E-cigarette manufacturers must disclose all ingredients used in the production of their products.

c. Health and safety warnings must be prominently displayed on e-cigarette packaging.

d. E-cigarette manufacturers must comply with all relevant environmental regulations in the production and disposal of their products.

e. Regular inspections of e-cigarette manufacturing facilities must be conducted to ensure compliance with all regulations.

4. transactions

a. The sale of e-cigarettes to individuals under the legal smoking age is strictly prohibited.

b. All transactions involving e-cigarettes must require age verification to ensure that the purchaser is of legal smoking age.

c. Online sales of e-cigarettes must include robust age verification processes to prevent sales to minors.

d. Retailers must maintain records of e-cigarette sales for inspection and verification purposes.

a. The sale of e-cigarettes to individuals under the legal smoking age is strictly prohibited.

b. All transactions involving e-cigarettes must require age verification.

c. Online sales of e-cigarettes must include age verification processes.

5. Punishments

a. If a retailer is caught selling E-Ciggretts to an underage consumer the retailer will be fined and suspended for 1 year for the violation.

b. If a retailer is caught not verifying the age of a consumer they will be fined and suspended for 1 Year and 6 Months for the violation.

c. If a parent buys and allows a child to use an E-Cigarette the parent shall be fined and their child taken form for neglect of the child's wellbeing.

b. E-cigarettes must not be used in advertisements by an actor.

c. All e-cigarettes must disclose any potential side effects for the user.

d. Advertisements must not feature children or anything that appeals to a child demographic.

e. Advertisements must use a solid black background. including a warning as stated in 2a.

f. All e-cigarette advertisements cannot tell the consumer they are a healthier option than smoking.

3. Manufacturers

a. All e-cigarette manufacturers will be checked for the quality of their products.

b. E-cigarette manufacturers must show all toxic and lethal chemicals on the box.

c. Health and safety warnings must be displayed on packaging sold to retailers.

d. All e-cigarette manufacturers must not use any flavors for their products.

e. All e-cigarette manufacturers must keep all records of chemicals used in the making of e-cigarettes, and they will provide them if a consumer asks the company for the record.

f. All e-cigarette manufacturers must not use any dangerous chemicals to inhale that may cause any diseases.

g. All e-cigarette manufacturers must not use more than 200 chemicals, then the original 2000.

h. All e-cigarette manufacturers must document where they sell their products to retailers. These also apply to where they store their products.

4. Transactions

a. The legal age to buy an e-cigarette will be 25.

b. The sale of e-cigarettes to individuals under the legal smoking age is strictly prohibited.

c. All transactions involving e-cigarettes must require age verification.

d. All transactions must be documented and uploaded to a database where staff can moderate the sales.

5. Punishments

a. If a retailer is caught selling e-cigarettes to an underage consumer, the retailer will be fined and suspended for 5 years for the violation.

b. If a retailer is caught not verifying the age of a consumer, they will be fined and suspended for 8 years and 6 months for the violation.

c. If a parent buys and allows a child to use an e-cigarette, the parent shall be fined, and their child taken for neglect of the child's wellbeing.

d. Fines will be 300 thousand dollars each.

e. If a retailer is caught they may face 2 years in jail.

f. If a manufacturer breaks any rules they may be fined up to 50 billion and suspended for making E-Cigarettes for 25 years. This includes sister companies.

g. If a manufacturer breaks any rules, they must pay for all users and refund their purchases from 6 months ago.
