Citizenship Confusion

Ok, I am new here and already I am caught in a bind. I am doing my best to hold back my frustration. I have been told two conflicting things about my application for citizenship.

Then I was told that I passed the speaker check and the delegate check and I am just waiting on the admin check. Fine so far.

So, clear to me at least I pass. Then I am told in private chat that I took the wrong oath and need to reapply. And was assured this is true. I checked the oath that I took with the one that was posted that I should use, and they are the same. I am at a loss for what to do.
