Security Council Resolution #468 “Liberate Magna Aurea” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Observing Magna Aurea was successfully secured on 2 December 2023 with the aid of foreign forces,

Affirming confidently the region no longer faces the feared hordes and armies it had once faced aiming to conquer it,

Recognizing the region’s security is in the safe hands of The Black Hawks and Sparkalia with their respective military units that have proven to be capable,

Noting that the target resolution was written during a state of chaos and uncertainty for Magna Aurea that no longer exists,

Acknowledging the native leader of Magna Aurea, Ovenerium, and their steady hand will continue to ensure the longevity as hoped for in the target resolution,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution # 468.

Overview
This resolution seeks to repeal "Liberate Magna Aurea" (SC468), a relatively new frontier region that was subject to the liberation resolution back in September 2023. We acknowledge that there are no natives of Magna Aurea as such anymore so the repeal is less about the effects of the liberation than a stalling tactic on the Security Council.

Recommendation
We oppose this resolution as the region has long been under the control of the Black Hawks and Sparkalia, two regions that recently raided our ally Europe, creating much chaos in Europe with the installation of a rogue delegate. We believe voting in favour would be against the diplomatic interests of our allies. Magna Aurea also retains relations with the Brotherhood of Malice, with which The North Pacific is engaged in war at this time.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the at-vote SC resolution, Repeal: "Liberate Magna Aurea" .

This seems to lack native support, which is rather a requirement for the repeal of defensive liberations, so I am against this proposal.
 
The Security Council resolution "Repeal "Liberate Magna Aurea"" was defeated 9,078 votes to 2,287.
