@Sil Dorsett has been appointed to serve as an Election Commissioner by Delegate @Kaschovia. I hereby open the floor for debate and discussion on the nomination. I would welcome a statement in support of the nomination from the Delegate.

Should this reach a vote, I intend to put the following motion before the Regional Assembly:
Motion:
The Regional Assembly, acting on the nomination of the Delegate, appoints Sil Dorsett to the Election Commission.

Sil Dorsett has been a mainstay of the Election Commission for many years, serving as Chief Election Commissioner multiple times since September 2020. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Sil will continue to hold the EC to the highest standard and perform exceptionally as an Election Commissioner going forward.

I move for a vote.
