While it would not have changed the results of the election, where can I file a complaint that my (private) vote was not counted? There is also a discrepancy between the posted voter IDs in the voting thread and in the results spreadsheet.

How do you know it wasn't counted?
It's really easy to tell. I don't see my ballot ID in any of the displayed private votes. I know I submitted my vote to The Voting Booth, so where is it? So I checked the spreadsheet, and it's not there.

I believe the correct procedure is to post your complaint in a new thread in this Elections subforum. The forum Sil linked is for EC discussion only.
