Recognising the independence of Bozarkia, a recently established frontier made within September of this year,

Acknowledging that since then, the regions hasty rise to a community near surpassing 200 nations at the time of writing, establishing an independent democratic community along with a just government, forming relationships on the international stage with other respective regions,

Recalling the occupation that occurred in Bozarkia by forces from The West Pacific & Astoria but Spiders, a small raiding region which at the time of writing has failed to surpass double digits,

Understanding the threat that constantly looms over Bozarkia, their state as a Frontier leaving them vulnerable to the pressing threat of a hostile takeover, along with the lack of a well manned defense force,

Honoring the will of the Bozarkian peoples to remain a safe and independent frontier community,

Wishing to safeguard Bozarkia and its community from foreign invasions,

Hereby injuncts Bozarkia.

Overview
This resolution seeks to preemptively injunct Bozarkia to protect it against invasions. Authored by the target region's Vice-Delegate, the resolution begins by noting the region's youth and rapid growth, before noting a recent invasion of Bozarkia and thus the threat posed by raiders to the region.

Recommendation
We are impressed by this region's swift growth, and given that it has come to the Security Council to request protection, we see no reason to deny it. If an active, bona fide community such as that of Bozarkia (CF: regions such as Algerheaven, whose injunction we opposed) seeks to avoid having to deal with the raiding and defending landscape while still receiving spawns of new nations, that is ultimately acceptable and we ought to allow them to do so.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the at-vote SC resolution, "Injunct Bozarkia".

Injunctions mean nothing any more, let's give all the frontiers a pre-emptive injunction - non-WA for.
 
Does the Delegate or the Minister of Foreign Affairs have a view on the preemptive injunction of Bozarkia from a FA point of view? I mean that's a region with three WA voters.
