Mergers and Acquisitions with the ERN and LDF

There's little we care about more in the NPA than corporate finance. Nothing makes an NPA General perk up like the sweet smell of capital (and capitalism!) in the morning. As it turns out, the same is true of both the Europeian Republican Navy (ERN) and the League Defence Forces (LDF). Together, we set out on a wonderful journey of mergers and acquisitions together.

First, we partnered with our good corporate friends in Libcord Inc. "For your protection!" to provide a bailout to the financially struggling super PAC The Union of Rightwing Nations. Since we're such standup people, and because it's the law in every jurisdiction we cared to look up, we did it completely for free, without taking a single stake in the organization.

Next, we moved on to Warzone Trinidad. This region had been struggling for some time after several bad business decisions only exacerbated the risk of the industry they were in (though what precisely it was we forget.) We were able to convince a majority of shareholders living in TNP that it was necessary to install new management that would approve us taking over the company, and they promptly did, installing @Quebecshire and Vorhollah as CEO and COO respectively. Quebecshire then fixed the company's financial bloat by firing all of its employees. Warzone Trinidad is now available for purchase on the open market.

Finally, I am happy to announce that one of our newest partners, @Rewan Demontay, has participated in his first takeover since he became a partner. I am pleased to promote him to Private First Class.

Just popping in to say that it was a pleasure working on these operations - great turnout and organization from the NPA. Especially since the invasion was a quick turnaround from defending work to a stealth raid that we only decided to do with 6 hours notice. Good stuff across the board.
