You all know and love the NPA as a military organisation, just like other classics such as the Australian Defence Forces and the Wagner Group. But did you know that the NPA is also a financial institution? I hope not, because if I revealed the interest rates we charged on our loans I'd get convicted of Gross Misconduct.
However, in the interests of transparency, I am pleased to announce that we've bailed out the economies of several regions facing debt crises. Yes, we've offered these regions much-needed loans and sent some financial advisors on behalf of the International Monetary Fund to clean up their national finances.
Since they now meet the qualifications for their first promotions due to this training operation, I am pleased to promote @etiennesickleton and @Marianne-Britannia to the rank of Private First Class. Please congratulate these promising new recruits!
