On account of the Minister of Foreign Affairs being compulsory by law, the lack of an appropriate candidate currently, and the Delegate's extensive purview over foreign affairs matters, I am appointing myself to the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs for the time being. However, anyone who believes themselves to be a suitable candidate for the position is still welcome to put their name forward to me privately.
I could have joined Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But, my application was rejected, because I don't have a discord account, which is required.
