I issue the following promotions to the following deserving individuals.
@Oracle, @Luke Helryn Moon, @Falcon of film, @AA-12 (NBU), and @Scorch are at the rank of Private, however both have completed the requisite one operation--some of them have completed several more--for promotion to the second rank. Thus I promote them to Private First Class.
@El Fiji Grande has been one of the most active NPA soldiers for some time and has racked up 30 operations. For the past several terms he has been a rock of the NPA and I am promoting him to Sergeant.
Please congratulate all these NPA soldiers on their promotion!
