The Security Council,
Looking upon the white sand beaches and majestic palm trees of
South Pacific, whose islands have housed hundreds of nations living together in peace and harmony throughout the ages,
Understanding that South Pacific’s community has thrived despite, and in some sense because of, their lack of Governor, which has allowed them to maintain their egalitarian and peaceful environment without threat of internal conflict or destruction shattering its atmosphere of tranquility and democracy,
Appreciating the community that South Pacific has created in its decades of existence, revolving around democratic elections for its government and the creation of a modest cultural scene which prevents international strife and promotes goodwill among its residents,
Noting however, that South Pacific has had no shortage of choppy waters to navigate through, having brunted the tides of destruction many times through their history — most recently in the historic 2020 invasion that pitted fleets of allies and defenders against a massive raider force in a battle defined by incredible strategy and devastating tragedy,
Believing that the protection of governorless regions like South Pacific is of the utmost importance to this council, having already passed a Liberation of South Pacific in 2017 with
Security Council Resolution #218 following a previous threat to the region’s existence,
Yet knowing that these steps are now inadequate, in the face of new raider threats which may now allow invaders to break through South Pacific’s nigh-unscalable walls and claim the region permanently for themselves by transitioning it to and from Frontier status, a tactic that will continue to threaten South Pacific as it continues to sail on without a Governor in a celebration of its egalitarian principles and ideals of equality,
Asserting that this Injunction shall protect any breaches of South Pacific’s sovereignty, stabilizing their status as a governorless region and ensuring that their thriving culture and fair blue skies remain free from the dark tendrils of destruction that seek to conquer and burn,
Hereby Injuncts South Pacific.
