The Security Council acknowledges the significant role played by Ben in facilitating the coordination of raider regions worldwide, including the notorious groups "The Brotherhood of Malice" and "The Black Hawks," as well as "Sekhmet Legion," "Royal Navy," and "Mercenary Work." These groups have carried out countless attacks against innocent regions of all sizes, causing immense harm.

Recognizing the potential danger of Ben becoming a hub for militant nations seeking to forcefully take down innocent regions, the Security Council deems it necessary to take action. Therefore, the Security Council issues an injunction against Ben, as it poses a serious threat to international peace and security.

It is imperative that Ben is prevented from serving as a frontier with access to a steady flow of new nations. This would only enable these groups to further manipulate international politics and carry out more attacks, causing further harm to innocent regions.
