Because of our traditions, we've kept our stability for many, many years.
Here in The North Pacific, we have traditions for everything.
How to debate. How to vote. How to nominate. How to make laws!
For instance, we always provide mark-up versions of our laws and always provide a reasoning. This shows our constant devotion to Flem.
You may ask, how did this tradition get started?

But it's a tradition.
And because of our traditions, every one of us knows who they are and what Flemingovia expects them to do.
Who, day and night, must keep their appareances high
Keep the region safe, manage the government
And who has the right as leader of TNP
To have the final words on laws.
