Suggestion: displaying suicide hotlines

Personal suggestion to pin more suicide prevention messages on top of "out of character" forums, similar to the NS General Forum (which Merni pointed out on gameside) has had a message for several years on the General forum.

What would be the primary task(s) of this ministry?

Well, I think as long as we can get the pins up first, that should be OK.
