Suggestion: displaying suicide hotlines

Personal suggestion to pin more suicide prevention messages on top of "out of character" forums, similar to the NS General Forum (which Merni pointed out on gameside) has had a message for several years on the General forum.

I know it's quite easy to pin on Xenforo so it should only be a few minutes of cut-and-paste.
