This is a spinoff of the counting game threads you may see often, but with a twist. Those with a 3 star ranking or below will count down to 0 (e.g.: citizens, residents, members), but those with a 4 star ranking or above (literally most or all TNP higher-ups) will count up to 100. However, to troll everyone because I own this thread, whenever I say 50, everyone will have to restart the count from 50
