count to 4.85 until someone in the government posts [excluding wa affairs for some reason]

around a year ago I said "I hereby define government as anyone apart of the executive staff, Ga's, or judicial workers"
I could've meant literally anything by this but like

Do GAs count as part of the government? They probably do-ish, but oh well xD
