I'm willing to move it up to (time=1672693200). That's as early as I'm willing to start it. The overlap with election voting should be minimal.
 
So I noticed the final version of the bill ended up being a bit...messy. It looks like @9003 may have misread Pallaith's post, and instead of changing clauses 43 and 44 (which was one of my suggestions that Pallaith agreed with), he restored the first two clauses of the section to what is currently in the law (which was one of my suggestions but one that Pallaith did not agree with), and in the process also accidentally erased the clause mandating that the RA be informed of NPA operations, leaving behind only "The Regional Assembly may declassify an operation by a majority vote" with no context.
