The Security Council,

RECOGNIZING the harassment that 2ND Dunskia has shown towards other nations, including threatening to use Biological weapons against its enemies, a clear and present violation of international legislation to ban dangerous biological weapons,

ACKNOWLEDGING that 2ND Dunskia is in a state of presenting danger to fellow WA member nations,

NOTING that the world assembly must unite as one to stop international threats to human existence and memberstates,

CONCERNED that 2ND Dunskia is currently operating in a rogue state, focusing itself to the destruction of anyone in its way, whether it be by legal or illegal means,

DEEPLY CONCERNED that no international action has been taken against 2ND Dunskia, and that we are running out of time to act,

Hereby condemns 2ND Dunskia.

I really don't know much about this nation or the reasoning behind the condemnation. Any explanation would be helpful.
