Bar Commissioner Appointments

As the Delegate will need to make these appointments from time to time, I wanted to create the space were those could be done going forward.

And as the inaugural bar commissioner appointment from the Delegate's side, I hereby appoint @Zyvetskistaahn as Bar Commissioner. He is a multi-term Justice, including a former Chief Justice, and I know judicial reform is a major concern of his. I want people interested in fully developing the bar commission to be a substantial and weighty part of our judicial process, and I am confident Zyvet will do just that as a member of the commission.

I'm getting out of ahead of this one (something like 36 hours to spare!), but after a brief chat with @Zyvetskistaahn, I have chosen to reappoint them as Bar Commissioner.

Noting that @Zyvetskistaahn lost citizenship on April 20 and thus has vacated the office, I am appointing @Dreadton as Bar Commissioner.

I appoint @Lord Dominator as Bar Commissioner.

I reappoint @Lord Dominator as Bar Commissioner.

Given the fact that Lord Dominator did not swear his oath and therefore vacated his office, I appoint @Attempted Socialism as the new Bar Commissioner.
