Accepting the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators is a region;

Noting several previous attempts were made to pass a commendation for the region, including but not limited to:



Acknowledging that the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators have not tried to self commend in a while,

Praising their restraint and self-control, an ability most nations should try to emulate,

Believing the above as deserving of NationStates' highest praise and recognition,

This Security Council hereby commends Confederation of Corrupt Dictators.
