I agree generally with Sil on constitutionality of overturning actions made by a citizen - the only scenarios I can think of that might plausibly make me think otherwise are so outside the realm of general possibility that the possibility as a whole need not be discussed beyond the dismissal.

The rest is fine (tho I quibble with bits of reasoning on good faith, I don’t consider it overly important) I think
