THE SOCIALIST COLLECTIVE ASSEMBLY

The Socialist Collective Assembly was formed in 1947 during the middle period of the ongoing Fascist wars to combat the rise of fascism and provide a center for leftist unity across Eras. Its founding members of Rayvostoka and Xi'Hai were the only two members ever actually to join the assembly. Despite this, the two members of the SCA have worked diligently to cooperate, coordinate and mediate at the forefront of the socialist nations of Eras and provide a unified face for the global movement. The first assembly was headquartered in Lebedevgrad, Rayvostoka, and was initially planned to be one of rotation between members. However, due to the forced and unjust dissolution of the socialist government in Xi'Hai, it has been situated there ever since.

Members:
The People's Republic of Rayvostoka
黃天寧靜 (Tranquility of the Yellow Sky AKA. Xi'Hai)
The People's Republic of Yamantau

The Skandan government finds it befitting to send a letter to this assembly in which we underline the reasons we will not be interacting with this group past this point unless obligated by an external force.

We do not consider this "Socialist Collective Assembly" to be socialist, communist, or moderately leftist whatsoever. The very flag includes an Orthodox Messianist cross. The Skandan government does not consider "Messianist Communism" a legitimate leftist ideology, and it never will.

The founding nations are not only apparently in full support of this ideology, but Rayvostoka in specific was suspended from the Luscova Pact for cultural and ethnic oppression (which to the knowledge of the DPRS was likely endorsed by their state church and "socialist party"). The regime which currently controls Ravyostoka is a borderline criminal organization held up with a facade of socialism and religion. Messianists find it abhorrent. True socialists find it abhorrent. It twists both into what is, in practice, an authoritarian rightist state, which survives by tricking the very people it dares to put into their title.

Xi'hai's and Yamantau's endorsement and cooperation with such a regime shows to us that their governments are perhaps not trustworthy and their reigning socialist/communist parties should perhaps not be deemed particularly beneficial to the socialist or leftist cause. While we do not wish to break off diplomatic relations with either, it is immensely worrying that they are within this group. This alliance is not beneficial when it's dominant ideology is oppositely aligned from the goals of genuine socialist and communist philosophers. Religion and socialism should not mix.

Skanda wants no association with this alliance under any circumstances. We do not want socialism on Eras to be represented by such an alliance. We do not wish to do business with anyone within this alliance. Do not reach out to our Foreign Ministry. Do not send a rebuttal letter. It will not be read.

Sasha tilted her head to the door and towards the voice, looking up from the papers that scattered the head of the table. Which were a result of the last few hectic months with the devastation of the politburo and central committee after the coup. Her meteoric rise thrusted her into the full reorganization of not only the party but her nation and unfortunately for Sasha leaves her swamped in sizeable amounts of boring paperwork. And now she was organizing an alliance, but it was like what her father always said. "Работай, пока не умрешь"* Which she found a fitting quote to her situation. Entering the room, she watched as Jia approached the table and threw a letter down onto it.

"What's wrong Comrade Jia?" She said putting down her pen.

"Работай, пока не умрешь"- Work until you die

The young woman shook her head, sighing deeply.

"I'm not surprised." She touched the cross necklace she wore around her neck.

"The Skandan's have never been our allies, always hesitant to work with those of faith. But that is not something we should worry about for now. Seeing as they pose no real threat to us as of this moment and seeing as they won't even try and let us explain ourselves. So I am content with leaving them to their own misguided ways." Picking up her pen Sasha pointed it at Jia.

"But we do have something else we need to do, appoint a Chairman of the collective..."

Sasha bowed her head in thanks. "Thank you Comrade for this great honor. Aye." Sasha raised her hand in support.

Sasha pushed back her seat and stood. "Yes thank you very much Comrades, it is a distinct honor to be bestowed the title of Chairman and General Secretary. As you know, the past few months have been something of a life-changing experience for me and all of the people of Rayvostoka. We have been through strife, unlike anything we have experienced before, no thanks to our previous leadership which led us into darkness. But with this alliance, I do firmly believe we together can put an end to the strife that plagues us. The peoples of Rayvostoka, Xi'Hai, and Yamantau have suffered immensely but our combined struggle and unwavering support for one another will lead us through the darkness into a new age for not only the nations assembled here but for socialism all over Eras! We have been given the greatest of opportunities, so we must not waste it. Thank you all." She sat back down picking up a list of priorities.

"This list in my hands contains the current primary objectives I hope to achieve as Chairman and General Secretary. This includes the introduction of new members and the formation of an SCA-run media organization to aid us in my final and most important objective... The propagation and fostering of a Cultural Revolution, otherwise known as the revolution of the mind. This Revolution will not be the violent and overt one of the past spearheaded by the old guard, but a revolution that is subtle, slow but inevitably effective in bringing about the rise of socialism everywhere. This will be done through media, diplomacy, art, entertainment, culture, and the internet. We must essentially, rebuild the image of socialism that has been tarnished by the old regimes and build a new narrative that expresses peace, equality, and cooperation." Sasha smiled. "We will bring about a revolution, that changes the very way people perceive us and our movement. So that we may finally find some success in our mission."

Sasha placed the list back down on the table. "And the vote passes unanimously! Now if there are no more issues to address, I planned a parade in honor of this first meeting and would like for you both to attend."
