Clean up NationStates

The North Pacific Army took to the streets of NationStates to give back to our community. This important task is about making NationStates beautiful again. Restoring the picturesque beauty that a text based website game is known for. This operation was led by General @Nimarya, who provided a long list of targets and asked participants to be guided by the national happenings to identify when to endorse and when to switch and move.

"This operation restored these cultural wastelands, who had just a recent brief period of activity in their long lives via tag raiding, to what they were before" said General @Nimarya n a brief statement. Further requests for elaboration on this statement were ignored.
