With the announcement of our new alignment, I intend to appoint the up-and-coming @Healiopolis as a Deputy Minister of Defense.

Healiopolis has proven to be one of the most active and dedicated members of the NPA as of late, and I can't think of anyone better to join my command as a Deputy in this new term.
