Guess That Country!

Do you love politics? Since all TNPers love politics (yes all of them, and yes there was a correct answer to the previous question.) I've created this game. Everybody needs to describe a country (in an un-biased way), and the person above thm has to guess that country, and describe another one. So, are you ready? So let's go!

Does not have a military. Is ranked in the top 20 nations of the world for biodiversity. Is a Latin-American nation, and unlike most of them, never fought for independence from Spain. What country is it?
