The International Workers Association is an international organization designed to unite the international workers movements. The organization has two constituent organizations, the Congress of Socialist and Workers Parties and the Congress of Industrial Labor Unions, representing workers political parties and militant trade unions respectively.
Founded in 2011 at a conference in Beaune called by Le Gauche, the intention of the organization was to reorganize the shattered international workers movement. As Callise's labor movement regained strength and the Industrial Workers of Callise rallied support from the working class, the leadership of Le Gauche felt it was necessary to rebuild international connections with other labor movements across Eras. Established in part as an alternative to the forms of socialism espoused by Prydania and Predice, the goal of the organization grew from originally being an umbrella org for Democratic Socialist movements to a big tent organization that would serve as the de facto ideological centre of the workers movement broadly.
In order to join the IWA, a prospective party or union must satisfy the Eleven Conditions:

In order to join the IWA, a prospective party or union must satisfy the Eleven Conditions:
- The organization must be a movement of the rank-and-file working class. To that end, it must be governed by internal, rank-and-file democracy.
- The organization must be an unperverted expression of the will of the national working class. To that end, it must not accept any donations from corporate donors or advocacy groups which are not directly controlled or advocating on the behalf of the working class.
- The organization must be committed to the direct control of society by the working class. To that end, it must endorse the end of capitalism as an economic order in favor of one predicated on the distributary principle "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need." Whether this outcome is to be attained through parliamentary reformism or revolutionary agitation shall have no baring on their status as a member.
- The organization must maintain organizational integrity. To that end, it must conduct routine background checks and audits of leadership in order to remove corrupt and opportunist elements from its ranks.
- The organization must adhere to proletarian internationalism. To that end, it must oppose any attempt by their national political entity to embark on imperialist enterprises and endorse struggles against imperialism as an expression of resistance to capitalism.
- Those political parties which are a member of this association must maintain class independence. To that end, these political parties must not enter into any coalition governments as a junior partner with parties that do not satisfy the first two conditions.
- Those trade unions which are members of this association must maintain rank-and-file control. To that end, when cooperating with non-militant trade unions, the bargaining committee representing the members of this organization must present any proposal for cooperation to the rank-and-file for a vote.
- The organization must ensure freedom of dissent. To that end, it must allow its members to freely discuss the internal politics of the organization, so long as such discussion does not jeopardize faithful adherence to conditions 1-7.
- The organization must ensure unity of action. To that end, it must prevent any attempts by its membership to take concrete action against decisions made by its rank and file, so long as such disciplinary measures do not jeopardize faithful adherence to conditions 1-7.
- The international must promote socialist pluralism. To that end, no attempt shall be made by any of its members to enforce mandatory discipline outside the scope of these conditions.
- The international must serve as an ideological center for the workers movement. As such, all members are expected to publicly support those efforts undertaken by the international, but retain the right to withhold logistical support.
