What's this? A Syr post in 2021? 
As many of you likely know, the 2021 Syrixian general election canonically happened in April. I haven't been able to finish it yet at the time of this writing but I'll be damned if I'm finishing it before I get back into the swing of things! As with @Kyle and @Highton's elections, I'll be allowing other RPers to cast their nations' votes in the general election for the Imperial citizens living in their nations. One unique thing, however, is that due to the Empire's global reach, the world is not one overseas vote - it is instead divided into multiple overseas constituencies, split per continent.

Collandris: +0.3
Craviter: +0.2
Meterra: +0.1
Iteria: +0.1
Gothis: no bonus
Icenia: no bonus
Kian: no bonus
Auroria: -0.1
b. Religion
(NOTE: "Significant religion" refers to a religion with a significant amount of followers and/or cultural influence in your nation. You be the judge.)
Rakanism as a significant religion in your nation: +0.5
Shaddaism as a significant religion in your nation: +0.2
Courantism as a significant religion in your nation: +0.1
c. Language
Suchari as an official language in your nation: +0.7
Any other language as official language in your nation: no bonus
d. Embassies
Your nation has an embassy in the Empire and there is an Imperial embassy in your nation: +0.2
Your nation has an embassy in the Empire, but there is no Imperial embassy in your nation: no bonus

- Special Multiplier – close relations, proximity, and political/cultural ties will increase the likelihood of having Syrixians in your nation. The special multiplier starts at 1, and you add/subtract your bonuses from this. If after the factors/bonuses your special multiplier becomes negative, use 0 as your special multiplier.
