New Minister of Communications

@BMWSurfer has advised me that he wishes to stand down as Minister for Communications. BMW has served with great distinction over the past term and a half. I am very grateful for his efforts in this regard and wish him well moving forward.

I am delighted to announce the appointment of @Fregerson as the new Minister of Communications. BMW has been working with Fregerson to make sure that he is up to speed on the Ministry and the projects ahead. As many of you know, Fregerson has been a long standing member of our community and executive staff. I am excited to see Fregerson take on this role and look forward to working with him for the remaining months of our term.
