[Private] Bar exam

It might be wort using when we put out a call for THOs/attorneys, which I was planning to do, as a way of testing how succesful the exam would be. Thoughts?

This idea has been kicked around a few times but I think it is essential in an appointed prosecutor system like the one we have now. Do we still have any old AG project stuff available to mine for this? I know the AG office sometimes played with stuff like this to train the future legal minds of TNP. Would be a godsend in developing this I think.

Every future prosecutor that is taken seriously or tapped for a case should be bar-certified.

I feel like the given format is decent, but the questions will need some work (especially to build up a proper bank of them) - perhaps we should do them more like how McMaster did a few elections ago, with a single complex question.

Either way, the timeline should be more like a week, especially considering that’s a lot closer to the typical sort of periods one finds on Court matters.
