IDENTIFYINGThe Republic of Ankh-Morpork Founder, which was founded on 12th August 2016 and ceased to exist approximately two months later, as both a vassal state of
The Democratic Republic of Gradea and the founder of Ankh Morpork;
NOTING that the government of Ankh-Morpork Founder was reconvened after a four-year absence from international affairs on 7th February 2021, the day that Ankh Morpork became the world's featured region, therefore temporarily enhancing the visibility of its World Factbook Entry (WFE);
APPLAUDING Ankh-Morpork Founder for their courageous decision to replace Ankh Morpork's WFE, shortly after it became the featured region, with a strong message against the propagation of fascism everywhere in the multiverse; and
BELIEVING that Ankh-Morpork Founder warrants this Council's praise; not only for denouncing the repugnant ideology of fascism, but for so prominently arguing that it needs not taint a single nation or region more than it already has:
