"The people are suffering these hell holes that you call 'industry'!"
Say's, Dr. Bisek.

The industry of Bosvin is now facing many problems, First, the factories are located way far away from urban areas to avoid pollution which takes at least a 2-hour drive for the average worker to go to work. Secondly, The workers pay are quite extraordinarily low. with the lowest class worker having to be paid 600 Chues per month. And the equipment is low class. that they receive.

On January 9th The government placed a full reform of the entire industry, Which is being stated below.

Payment:

The average worker is getting an increased payment, The new payment hasn't been decided fully yet But the government official Eisek Halton states "Perhaps it may be 800 Chues, or 1000 Chues the government is preferring 800 Chues. Nothing has been permanently decided."

With the workers knowing they'll soon get a raise, They're happy.

Equipment:

A full set of modern equipment will be given to the workers, But that'll take time. for now, the government decides on replacing the machines by taking away useful metal from them and throwing the rest away, By this method the workers will be able to work more efficiently.

Other Issues: 1) In terms of Cleanliness, 10 Janitors will be assigned to each factory. And they will clean up the factory every single hour. 2) 2 Managers will be assigned to each factory. Who will be looking over the workers to make sure they are doing their job correctly. 3) Workers will take breaks from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM So that they can rest and recharge.
