Proposed:
The nations of Auroria come together to form an economic sphere of cooperation in which there is increased economic cooperation and the framework for a military alliance.
Section I:
The nations of Auroria commit themselves to free trade, allowing for companies and other economic entities to do business in their respective lands. There will be no tariffs, there will be no Foreign tax on Aurorian companies, all companies run by a person from the Aurorian union will have equal protection as a native born citizen of that nation. There will also be an agreed tariffs on all non-aurorian union nations, this will be set if seen as needed.
Section II:
All currencies will be allowed to exchange in every nation, allowing for ease of movement and travel for Aurorian citizens.
Section II subsection I:
The allowance of the future creation of a international currency, to be voted and added later.
Section III:
The nations of Auroria will allow freedom of movement for Aurorian citizens. A citizen of all nations who sign this document will be allowed entry to all nations that sign. They will enjoy the protections afforded to the citizens.
Section IV:
In oder to continue long standing practices, and to expand on them, it is noted to the world that Imperial military will assist any nation in Auroria that is attacked by an outside power. This is a renewal of the 1911 Constantine Doctrine which stated that all nations of Auroria are under Imperial protection, and any aggressive action against the nations of Auoria will be met not only by the targeted nation but military and diplomatic actions by the Imperium.
Section IV Subsection I:
There should be a framework for a future military alliance, Auroria should be at peace with itself. This would be a defensive alliance at its core, actions against rouge nations will be voted on in an assembly. All members who vote aye are expected to provide some sort of aid to the conflict. Nay nations are encouraged but, ultimately are not required to provide aid.
Section V:
Here should be signed a peace treaty between the Imperial Government of the Epiphani and the Kahn of the Ephyrans. In doing such bringing a peace to the continent and allowing for an Aurorian court to open that provides itself as the adjudicator of conflicts and rights trials of Aurorian citizens. These rights include:
The right to life
The right to liberty
The right to privacy
The right to economic freedom
The freedom from oppression
The right to healthcare
The freedom of movement
The freedom of body
Section VI:
In the structure of the assembly, there will be two delegates sent from each nation, they will vote on matters to be added, taken out, or suspended from this document. They will also vote on defensive matters and action against rouge nations, there needs to be a simple majority for diplomatic actions and a two thirds majority for additions and subtractions from this document.
Section VII:
The nations of Auroria here by pledge to work together to forward economic and defensive needs the nations who sign this treaty agree to uphold all its sections and subsections. Any nation can ask to leave, and all national laws will supersede any future laws in this treaty less it be added to section VI. By signing a legal contract is formed:
