WA Affairs staffers can apply to be WA mentors for the World Assembly Mentorship Program in this thread. Your primary responsibility will be assisting your assigned author with developing their idea into a full-fledged proposal. Feel free to request coauthor credit for your work, in addition to that warm fuzzy feeling that comes from engaging aspiring authors with the WA.
