Continuation of ban on Malayan Singapura

Malayan Singapura was banned in 2017 with an end date of January 2020. Although we do not have the original thread detailing his banning, based on those present at the time, the reasons were harassment of users and sharing many personal details about his life. The original date for removal of the ban has now passed. However, in the interim, he attempted to evade the ban twice in TNP. Once in 2018 and another time in 2019. Additionally, in 2018 he was banned from TEP for harassing individuals there and from TSP for sending culturally inappropriate jokes. And then, in 2019, he was banned from The Rejected Realms after discussing how he should hack another's social account. Therefore, we have decided the ban from TNP will become a permanent one.
