You can use it to make complex queries for endorsements, e.g., get all nations that are Keepers and are endorsing some nation but not endorsing another, and so on. This can be helpful when optimizing your endotarting efforts.
Please note that this page updates once per day, a few minutes after the major update; and that, unlike the endorse page, it does not include post-update new WA nations.
