RPing with the Mystere Foundation

Purpose: The Mystere Foundation exists to Conceal and Defend the world from anomalous and dangerous realities. The Foundation functions under very strict protocols and structures.

Chain of Command:
The Foundation is led by a Council of Elites in which there are nine. Each one is referred to as Elite plus the Greek alphabet letter that corresponds to the numeric place of their seat. The eighth member is therefore known as Elite Theta.
Under the Council of Elites are the Chapter Leaders. The world is split into regions known as chapters which often include a single nation or a collection of nations.
Chapters control campuses which is where phenomenons are stored and studied. These take the name of the order they were established. Knightley is the Chapter of Saberbeam, and its first campus is Saberbeam 1st. Each campus is led by a campus leader who manages agents, scientists, and employees.

Naming Phenomena:
Each phenomenon is given a specific designation. Each begins with P for phenomenon. The format is P - Chapter Abbreviation - ordered number. P-SB-112 is the 112th phenomenon recorded by Saberbeam Chapter.

Classifying Phenomena: (Writing Type 1)
Each phenomenon is classified according to the difficulty of concealing it from the world populace and its level of danger to people.

Conceal Levels:
Aquil - The phenomenon is easily concealed from public knowledge without much effort or protocol use of Mystere.
Cartesa - The phenomenon requires moderate efforts in order to keep the phenomenon classified.
Nietzur - The phenomenon requires a great deal of resources and protocols to keep the phenomenon classified.

Defend Levels:
August - The phenomenon poses little to no danger to humanity.
Kanas - The phenomenon shows potential to harm humanity either in a small way or in a grave way given extraordinary circumstances.
Humaire - The phenomenon is a significant and or imminent threat to humanity.

Mystere Foundation Stories: (Writing Type 2)

This kind of writing style is a narrative that deals with recovering or dealing with phenomena. These are more narrative centered and can take on various styles. Once still neds to embody the professionalism and scientific character of Mystere, but it does not have to be all that is there depending on the plot.
