HAOR CHALL ENGINEERING – BID FOR LANCERIAN EMPIRE TANK CONTRACT
Haor Chall Engineering (HC-ENG) is pleased to submit this bid for the future Lancerian tank design. As one of the premier manufacturers of Armoured Fighting Vehicles (AFVs) in the world, HC-ENG has a track record of excellence in this field. The Conqueror AFV is in use with the Charrian Army, and has served since the early 1990s, with major upgrades since then. The primary export model is the Conqueror MkIV – an older model without the most modern developments in fire control systems and armour. However, we are pleased to inform the Lancerian Ministry of Defence that as a close ally through joint membership of both META and UMATCO, the Charrian government has authorised the sale of the most up-to-date model of the Conqueror (the MkVII) to the Lancerian Empire. This is the current variant in service with the Haor Chall Army.
Specifications, including unit cost, are provided for the MkVII below. Cost and specification for the MkIV can be provided as an alternative if required.
HC-ENG can also provide a custom design, based on the MkIV but incorporating a mix of domestic equipment or some of our more recent upgrades to suit your specific capability and cost requirements. Noting with the relatively small unit numbers indicated in the competition, that this is not likely to be a cost-effective option. Similarly, HC-ENG has build options including licenced manufacturing and final assembly in the Lancerian Empire, although this would require a minimum order number of 400 units to be viable. Futher details can be provided on request.

The Conqueror MkVII owes its outstanding performance capabilities to an ideal combination of protection, mobility, manoeuvrability and fire power. The optimal manoeuvrability of the Conqueror MkVII is based on the unique symbiosis of vehicle crew and cutting-edge Charrian-made technology. The continuous refinement of primary and secondary defensive technology and armour protects the crew and the machine itself from the very latest types of ammunition and threats.
