Ministry of Home Affairs Card Rewards Program

Hello everyone!

Since the beginning of this term Home Affairs Leadership has been discussing ways to reward our staff members for the incredible amount of work they put in. The idea for a cards program was floated, and fellow Deputy @BluieGamer and I got to work on what this potential cards program would look like. Today I am proud to say that we have a program which we will begin trialing immediately under the direction of Minister @Nimarya and in coordination with our friends in the cards guild.

This program will not reward individual performance in the Ministry, rather it will reward active participants in the Ministry as a group. At the end of the first week of every month, we will add up all the rows which were available from all the lists from the last month and all of the rows completed in the last month. If we complete more than half of the available rows, all qualified members will receive an epic card. If we complete more than 85% of available rows, all qualified members will receive a legendary card.

What makes a member ‘qualified’? Any member of the ministry who completes 50 or more rows during the month is qualified to receive cards in that month. Note that it is not enough to claim rows, the rows must also be completed to count towards qualification. While 50 rows seems like a lot, in most months we complete 5 or more lists, which amounts to 10 rows per list. Making a small contribution often will go a long way to both receiving rewards and helping Home Affairs to welcome as many players as possible into the region.

This new cards program is still being tested, and this month will serve as a trial run for this new program. This is still very much a work in progress, and so changes may be made to elevate the effectiveness of the program going into the future. That being said, we hope this is a welcome reward for all of your hard work this term.

Keep up the good work!
