The Security Council,

Noting that World Assembly delegates have an important duty to advance their regions;

Agreeing that many World Assembly delegates excel in performing these tasks;

Believing that Pharaoh Crystal is one of these delegates:

Hereby commends Pharaoh Crystal for these important actions:

• Freeing Warzone Africa from an ineffective, unstable government which had the risk of falling to an invasion at any time,
• Forming a strong council of ministers to govern and protect Warzone Africa,
• Ensuring the voices of all citizens of Warzone Africa were heard, and encouraging all nations to play a part in regional politics,
• helping to popularize the region, causing its population to rise from 17 nations to a peak of 97 nations,
• Holding free elections, in which Pharaoh Crystal easily won reelection with a majority of the vote,
• Enforcing the Constitution of Warzone Africa effectively,
• Signing a treaty with Lazarus, ensuring friendly interregional relations, and ensuring Warzone Africa's safety,
• Supporting a liberation of Warzone Europe, which was put back under local management successfully,
• Finally, managing to continue the stable government, even in a Warzone, where governments are often temporary.
  For all these services to Warzone Africa as well as the international community at large;
  The Security Council hereby commends Pharaoh Crystal.
