Of course the highly anticipated 2020 Hightonian election will be taking place this August and I've taken inspiration from @Kyle and I will be allowing other RPers to cast their nations' votes in the Presidential election for 2020 which will be counted towards the vote totals! Hightonian citizens living abroad is nothing new and there is a relatively large diaspora particularly in Gothis and Craviter.
Use the formula to determine how many Hightonian voters are in your nation:
Hightonian voters in your nation = 20 + [(p/100,000) * b]
20 is the minimum number of voters. So that everybody can participate.
(RP population/100,000) – divide your population by 100,000 to get the base number of voters.
Use these other factors to further elaborate on the number of voting Hightonian citizens in your nation.

Collandris +0.3
Gothis +0.2
Meterra +0.1
Iteria +0.1
Kian -0.1
Iceania -0.1
Auroria -0.2
b. Religion
Courantism as majority religion +0.5
Laurentism as majority religion +0.3
Other Messianist or Shaddaist as majority religion +0.2
Non-Messianist/Shaddaist as majority religion -0.1
c. Language
Aleman language family spoken +0.4
North Gotic language spoken +0.2
Other Gotic language spoken +0.1
Non-Gotic language spoken -0.1
d. Colonialism/Trade
Former colony/overseas possession of Highton/Aleman Empire* +5.0
Historical trade partner** +.5

Allied +0.5
Friendly +0.25
Good 0.0

Add all of the bonus factors together to find the variable "b"
Use your population as the variable "p"
Example:
20 + [(p/100,000) * b]
20 + [(50,000,000/100,000) * 1.06]
20 + 530 = 550
=550 voters
