I have split this post from the Court Filings thread. That thread is not the appropriate place for public comment or question as to the correctness of filings.

As to the question itself, I cannot comment on particular matters presently before the Court, but I will give the general comment that the Court is bound to consider a complaint whether it accepts or rejects it.
