Ministry of WA Affairs changes

I would first like to thank @Cosmosplosion. He and I talked about our shared vision for TNP's outlook on the WA for my term. I thank him for his support and his encouragement. I also accept his resignation and wish him the best of luck with the road ahead. Take care Cosmo, and thank you. I hope to see you again under happier circumstances.

With all of this in mind I have reached out to @mcmasterdonia to take over as Minister for World Assembly Affairs. He has accepted, and so I am happy to appoint him. I look forward to working with him as we continue to shape our region's WA outlook for the future.
