the rules are simple. you say in a beautiful way you have conquered the hil and then call I am king or the hill
example: player1: run up the hil and call I'm king of the hil
player2: kiss player1 off and shout I'm king of the hil

walks up the hill and calls I'm king or the hill
 
*you get sucked in a engine* *Jumps of the plane* Shouts: "I'm the king of the hill!"
 
*takes out shotgun and blasts the raven off the hill*
I am the king of the hill!
