Three checks:
1. Speaker's Check: this is to see if you have correctly copied and pasted the oath and if your nation is indeed in the region.
2. Vice Delegate Check: this is to see if you could pose an in-character threat to the region.
3. Administration Check: this is to ensure that you only have one account on the forum, that you apply using a residential IP (to prevent multiing), and that you are not someone who was previously banned from the forum.
You've passed all the checks so the Speakers' Office should be masking you as a citizen soon.
