The Syrixia-Sutherland Comprehensive Trade Agreement (SSCTA)

Signed on the thirtieth of January in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty

It is with great hope and confidence that the Syrixian Empire and the Sutherlan Midway Government come together here in order to foster peace, cooperation, and development for all involved parties. To that end, the aforestated nations hereby agree as follows:

1. Syrixian technology companies, telecommunications companies, internet service providers, etc. shall seek to develop partnerships with the Sutherland News Conference to aid the development of telecommunications and technological advancement for Sutherland.

2. Syrixian property and land developers shall seek to develop partnerships with Sutherland for the purposes of building resorts, seasonal residences, and entertainment options for foreign tourists and the people of Sutherland alike.

3. Syrixian energy companies shall seek to develop partnerships with Sutherland in order to secure its oil infrastructure and the construction of nuclear power plants as well as other energy solutions in order to provide such solutions for Sutherland and its people.

4. Syrixian investment firms, particularly the SVS, shall seek to invest in both the private and public sectors in Sutherland, starting with Scholastic and Diamond Townships along with any Township that shares a contiguous border with these two Townships.
